Great experience. A kind gentleman helped me online to schedule an appointment for service the next day. Our service advisor (J. R. ) was knowledgeable and helpful in getting our car fixed. I really liked the software program they used to keep me informed on my phone about what was wrong with our car, and how much it would cost to repair it. Very high tech—first time I have experienced that. Nice job Subaru El Paso !

Awesome experience. Went to get an oil change and after looking at the price of it, my service advisor, was able to give me a discount as I was a new customer here at the location. Price alone was great, something I've never seen before at any other Subaru location I've been too. Jose was awesome! They have a variety of snacks/drinks and I was able to do some work from the location with little to no noise volume, for those who care about that.
Always love coming here to get my car serviced! They always take good care of their customers. I waited in the lobby for a while after I said I'd wait at home. It was a particularly busy morning but they had a healthy food truck out front and handed out coupons for any free item from their menu. It's the little things that count ...

Just bought a Subaru Outback, and it was a complete joy to work with Carolina and Rick, they are true professionals I every sense of the word. Carolina made the buying experience fun and enjoyable, and Rick made the Finance portion painless. They use the brand name to sell the cars, not pressure or hard ass tactics like other dealers in El Paso. This is second car we have bought from Carolina and both times was a joy. My wife and I just bought a new 2025 Outback Touring XT from Subaru El Paso; this one from Brand Specialist Hector Reyes. This is the third Outback we've purchased from Subaru El Paso and the fourth Outback we've owned. We'll probably upgrade our 2019 to a 2026 Outback when Subaru El Paso gets the new models this Fall. We love the design, performance and reliability of Subaru Outbacks, but what we really appreciate -- the big difference -- is the quality of service and customer care at Subaru El Paso. General Manager Barbara Armendariz has built a terrific team that is super responsive. They really care!
Just wanted to leave a review on my experience here on Subaru El Paso on Airway and the experience was great. I recently bought a use Nissan Altima from the dealership and buying a car here was one of the best transaction I ever experienced dealing with a car dealership. Shout out to our sales rep Cezly, who made the sale with a great professionalism and checking in with me few days after the transaction of buying the vehicle. To me that that shows the she cares about her customers. I also want to give credit to Jason and Luis on this smooth transaction as well.
